Conclusion
Working at ENPICOM has been a rewarding experience. From refining the brand identity and updating visual assets to redesigning the website and enhancing social media presence, each project has contributed to a stronger, more cohesive brand. It should be noted that these highlighted projects are just a part of the broader scope of work. My role also involved a variety of other tasks that supported the marketing and branding efforts.
Brand book
Prior to the development of a brand guide, there was a lack of consistency in visual identity across various platforms, leading to disjointed communications both internally and externally.
I created a comprehensive brand book to serve as a reference guide for all employees, outlining key elements such as logo usage, color schemes, typography, and tone of voice. This initiative streamlined communications and established a unified, professional brand presence, enabling teams to produce on-brand materials and maintain a consistent, recognizable identity across all touchpoints.

Social media
Before implementing a structured design process, the marketing team struggled with creating cohesive and on-brand social media posts due to the lack of an in-house graphic designer. This led to inconsistent visual identity and lower brand recognition across platforms like LinkedIn.
To address this, I designed a set of social media templates based on the brand book guidelines. This solution ensured consistency in visual identity, improved brand recognition, and streamlined the posting process, saving the marketing team time and effort in creating content.

Exhibition display
Enpicom frequently participated in international conferences, where the original expo stand design featured text-heavy banners. These banners often required lengthy explanations from the sales team, leading to confusion and disengagement from attendees.
I redesigned the expo stand banners with a cleaner, more visual approach, focusing on the product's key benefits and unique selling points (USPs). This streamlined design reduced the need for lengthy explanations, making it easier to engage attendees. The visual highlights also served as effective conversation starters and were repurposed as infographics for the website and other marketing materials.

Printed assets
Enpicom regularly updated its whitepapers, brochures, and scientific posters to reflect new features, discoveries, and findings. However, managing and tracking version history was challenging, which created the risk of distributing outdated content at conferences and online. Additionally, the materials were often difficult to update consistently across different platforms.
I implemented a streamlined system to effectively track version history for all whitepapers, brochures, and scientific posters. This ensured that only the most up-to-date materials were distributed at conferences and available for download online. Furthermore, the updated brochures were distributed at events, while the scientific posters were displayed in the office as part of the company’s achievements, maintaining consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.

Building a brand identity
Maintaining a cohesive brand presence across various platforms is essential for building trust and recognition. This involves ensuring that every visual and communication element aligns with the company's core identity and values. Here’s how I achieved this consistency.
Gifs
Collaborating with the product and bioinformatics teams, I developed visual aids highlighting key aspects of the IGX platform that resonated most with them. These visuals were utilized on the website, as well as in presentations and conferences, enhancing communication of the platform's strengths.

Animations
By ensuring consistency with the brand across all platforms, I reworked the existing assets into versatile formats that could be utilized universally. This approach reinforced the brand's recognition and cohesiveness.

Focusing on optimizing the user experience, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and integrating multimedia elements like videos and animations, I also collaborate with developers and marketing teams to enhance functionality of the homepage and improve conversion rates.

Enhancing digital communication
By integrating GIFs, animations, and videos, I enhanced the way we present key aspects of the IGX platform and our brand. These visual tools not only improved the clarity and appeal of our communications but also ensured that our content resonated across different platforms.
